Josh Lewsey hit on Frank Murphy
Wasps won the Heineken Cup Final on Sunday, beating Leicester Tigers 25-9 at Twickenham. This is a fantastic clip, somewhat amusing, from the beginning of the match.
Wasps' Josh Lewsey looks to have targeted Leicester's Frank Murphy with a huge shoulder, despite Shaun Edwards specifically saying before hand that they wouldn't be targeting him.
There didn't appear to be much use of the arms in the tackle, but Lewsey got away with it.

Why don't the IRB just allow those a legal hits, would it have been any less dangereous if he'd been hit that hard and Lewsey had wrapped an arm around?
They tackle like that in rugby league and its fine, and they done have any more injuries than union

Of course it's less dangerous; it's impossible to make such a hit when you're using your arm.
Different area of impact, etc.
It's a bodycheck, not a tackle. Imagine if props or 20 stone locks would de dishing out hits like that, all game long!

"Why don't the IRB just allow those a legal hits." try being on the receiving end of one to the chin it aint nice ;). Rugby Union makes up on injuries through incidents in rucks and mauls.
