Classic Clip - Referee trips over player

Though it can, at times, seem unlikely - referees are human too. In this Super 12 match from a few seasons ago we see Kiwi ref Scott Young go for a tumble.

In fact, I'm sure most of us saw it coming before it happened. Both the player on the ground and the ref have a laugh about it though, as did we.

  • What was the guy on the ground doing. He got up right afterwards, but not before...Still a good break from the serious side of the game.

  • Alan Lewis took a bail in the Investec Challenge game between France and England at Twickenham. He clearly shouted, "Oh shit!" as he fell. Funny stuff. Would be good to get that clip up here.

  • Love Grant Nisbett's little commentary snippets when things like this come along.
