Jason White tackling hard vs Harlequins
To a lot of rugby fans, especially the Scots, Jason White is one of the hardest tacklers in the game. The Scottish captain has always been a hard worked who gives his all for his beloved country, and epitomises the lead from the front ethos that all captains should have.
Over the years White has put in numerous big tackles for both his club side Sale, and his country Scotland. After loads of requests, we're doing our best to track them all down to add to our archive.
On the weekend against Harlequins, the Sale flanker was at his best again, showing exactly why he's considered to be one of the hardest tacklers in the game. These hits aren't huge, but epitomise Jason White's love for the hard tackles.
We're going to be watching Scotland's efforts in the Six Nations closely, and if White makes another great hit, you'll see it over and over again, only here on Rugbydump.

Great stuff. I'm really looking forward to the compilation video of his hits. White is easily my favorite player. He's all business on the pitch.
Good luck to Scotland in the 6 Nations!

Beast!
My favorite white match was Ireland in the 2006 6nations- awesome! Hope the comp has some of that!

I agree with the comments so far. Good job for putting this up, there aren't enough clips of him.

The Mortlock, Carney, Flannery (poor quality), le Cicero (I think) and these two recent ones are all available on youtube. Not sure what format you need them to put something together though?

"Flannery (poor quality)"
Does anyone know where I can I find this clip? Post a link or something.

In my opinion the hardest hitter in the game. Those aren't two of the biggest tackles i've seen him make. Jerry Collins hits hard too but a fair number of those are just shoulder hits. Jason White uses the arm each time.

Thank you SO much for this. I'm very excited at the prospect of more clips. Rugbydump just became even more awesome.

Already requested it, but now that this clip is up, check, if you can, the winning try by Ripol in this same game. It's a great escape by Cueto and good finishing by the Catalan player. It's even better because the defenders trip over eachother and fall when Ripol's going for the try line.

Yet you watch the next video with the 6 nations montage and you get proved wrong..... genius!
The comentator got it right here "Its not just the number of tackles, its the intensity, he means it doesnt he!"
just about sums it up really!

This is copybook in the pure sense of the word.
Amazing how different this looks compared to one of those flying shoulder/flipper/forearms or spear tackles we so often see on Rugbydump (aw ref, it was a reaction tackle).
