O2 Inside Line - Episode 15

Most of the teams attending the World Cup have now arrived in New Zealand, so in this episode of O2 Inside Line Austin Healey and Abi Griffiths are joined by Mike Catt to discuss the tournament, and England's prospects.

This is the final episode of O2 Inside Line in this exact format, as soon we'll be featuring a segment that is sure to contain plenty of banter and mischief, as James Haskell will be given a camera at the World Cup to capture the highs and lows from within the England camp.

As you can see in this clip, Haskell Cam should be interesting, as one of the loudest characters in the game will no doubt be up to his usual tricks, and we'll get some insight into some of the players' thoughts before and after big matches in the tournament.

There's loads of laughs in this episode, so check it out and listen carefully for Austin's South African accent as he and Catt go head to head answering questions, and with a bit of archery. Aside from the usual joking about, there's also some decent analysis. Enjoy.

  • Respect to 02 for not censoring Healey's dreadful and hilarious South African stereotypes!

  • Very funny from Healey

  • Don't know why so many people on the previous comments pages hate Haskell so much.

Doesn't take himself to seriously, prepared to make a fool of himself, likes being infront of the camera (well thats just not rugby is it) and is passionate about playing for England!

I wonder how many people would swop places with him?

Austin Healy is good too. Anybody that can laugh about their WC misfortunes like that is ok in my book!

  • agreed with jimbo^ but that abbi mmm

By Anonymous Anonymous, at September 02, 2011 11:11 am

  • Bloody hell, if im packing biceps like Catt at his age I wont complain

By Anonymous Michael, at September 02, 2011 12:31 pm

  • Don't have to be a complete prick to play for England... but it helps.

  • I love the way English people compulsively feel the need to hilariously 'imitate' foreign accents...Some sort of inferiority complex perhaps?

By Anonymous The Queen, at September 02, 2011 3:25 pm

  • ...And imitate foreign jerseys ;)

  • i knew mike catt was a saffer playing for england, but i hadnt realised he still had such a strong saffer accent, i though by now it ould have died out

  • hahaha! @The Queen. You crazy old bean, have some nasty English boys belittled your accent in the past? You sound very hurt.
We love accents, mainly because even if it's a really bad impersonation, it's funny as hell.

  • They say that last week was our first victory over the Irish since 2003 - obviously overlooking the Cipriani-inspired win in 2008...

  • Austin Healey is very annoying. Same joke...can't wait for the RWC and finally see the players on the pitch and doing what they do best, not archery but rugby it is.
