Scott Quinnell's Crossbar Challenge - Sale
The Crossbar Challenge has been a popular feature here on RD, so we've got another one for you from this past week, this time featuring the Sale Sharks as big Scott looks for more challengers to take him on.
A confident looking Juan Martin Fernandez Lobbe started off the fun with his attempt, but it went horribly wrong. He gets things right later on though, as you'll see.
Mark Cueto, unlucky to miss out on a Lions spot according to some, turned up looking as unassuming as ever, but quickly impressed with his powerful arm.
The West Indian, Spaniard, and Harry Potter all failed with their feeble attempts, before scrumhalf Dwayne Peel's different technique almost proved successful.
David Tait then shows that the javelin technique isn't a bad one at all, getting some momentum behind the throw, something prop Joe Horn-Smith clearly didn't take note of.
It's one of the more entertaining Crossbar Challenges we've seen. Enjoy.

Big throw on the second run!
Made it look so easy too!

Cueto's a highly under-rated player due to him not being flashy, but he is in the Lewsey mould: strong, tough, good scoring rate, low error rate, and excellent tackler.
Lobbe will be missed. best of luck to him.

Where was Chabal's throw? You know few would ask if they didn't show him in the video but of course it's chabal and they did. I want to see his throw lol!

Chabal probably a bit to pompous to try something like this...

Cueto is decent but he lacks that killer pace to make him the complete winger. I am talking Rory Underwood type pace..
