1st... to not watch the movie

Is it just me or does the trailer really not entice you into paying to view the film. It seems a bit amateurish and I imagine the rugby won't be any better than what was choreographed in Invictus.

the actors look like they were pulled out from a commercial for ass disease.

Was going to say how lame this looks but the trailer did that for me. Should have got the guy that directed the football scenes in Varsity Blues to do the rugby scenes in this movie.

this film looks awful

Paid my $6 to watch this movie. Oh dear. Storyline is weak. Actors are unconvincing. Scottish accents are some of the worst I have ever heard. Could only make it half way through. Sorry Play On. Your marketing idea was excellent but the movie let you down badly.

Well, I watched and enjoyed it.
I bet that many of the "critical" folks above didn't even watch it.
If you love rugby you must love this one.

that looks bloody awful, if the trailer is the best bits and meant to entice you into watching it just think how bad the rest must be. I want to wash my eyes with bleach after seeing that.

sorry but I’ve never heard of this movie and I’m in Australia. Might need to fire whoever was in charge of marketing this flick.

i actually paid to watch this movie and shut it off after 30 minutes. they should have paid us to watch it. every aspect was just not good
By Anonymous, at December 19, 2010 8:57 pm
Its strange that they chose neither to use actors nor players for this film...

One of the best Rugby films Ive seen! I think most people commenting here either haven't seen the movie or are taking it too seriously. It is a lighthearted Rugby film made by Rugby players and has an extremely powerful message behind it. If you are a true Rugby fan you should watch this and not listen to the 'key board warriors'!

If the game scenes in this movie were truly choreographed by rugby players, then they must have been playing the game two months tops. Utterly dreadful. I've seen pornos with more realistic plots, better acting and better soundtracks. Worst 1hr 40 minutes of my life, and I watched Forever Strong (which sucks, but looks Oscar-worthy alongside this piece of crap). I honestly wanted to get my $7 back afterwards, I desperately wanted to stop watching after 20 minutes in but decided I would keep watching so as to get my money's worth. Truly, truly awful movie, schmaltzy and cheesy in every way, totally unrealistic and stretches the suspension-of-disbelief beyond breaking point. Easily the worst thing related to rugby I've ever experienced, and I've broken bones in matches before.

This is the greatest story ever told. Watch it first and you will realise how great this movie is. It deserves an Oscar.

I watched this.. its truly awful. Waste of money. Poor acting. Poor accents. Poor storyline. Shocking movie, an insult to rugby fans worldwide. Piggybacking on their faith is pathetic.
Don't bother watching.
